History

Bart was calling random telephone numbers in the Southern Hemisphere to ask, "Which way does the water turn in your toilet?" and had gotten through to the presidente's residence, but his translator misinterpreted Bart's question to a more worrying the tide is turning so he immediately jumped out his window to flee the capital.
