Role in the Simpsons

When Marge and the kids have to drive home from Rainier Wolfcastle's house she meets a mugger on the way who steals her necklace and runs off. She then makes Marge feel weak and makes her get the need to work out.

Has a scratched up face wears dirty clothes and has a ponytail. He wears a Goofy hat that resembles Goofy from the Mickey Mouse series.
