The lactose intolerant boy was an unnamed lactose intolerant boy.

History

Homer Simpson noticed the boy sitting down. Homer asked if he had any money. The boy acknowledged this and said he did but he suffered from lactose intolerance. Homer said "son, I will not stand for intolerance, you give this delightful frozen treat the same respect you would give any lactose free food" he then added "god bless America!" repeatedly. The boy had a lick and told Homer to call his doctor, and showed him his bracelet. Homer then said "someone wears a bracelet" and added "who is your boyfriend?" and looked closely at the bracelet and said "oh, Dr. Osterberg". He then realized he was really lactose intolerant. The boy collapsed, and Homer ran away, possibly killing him.
