Norbert Van Houten

Norbert Van Houten is the Danish uncle of Millhouse Van Houten, Bart's best friend.He is the brother of Mrs. Van Houten who was once married to Dutch Kirk Van Houten. He disaproves of Kirk as he is Dutch and argues with him.
