Serpent was a crimal that kills Bartman's both aparents in a story of Bartman telled by Bart Simpson.

Biography

he kills Bartman's both parents with a gun after they visited Gotham City Opera House. Bartman decided then to become a superhero, and began to avenge the evil in pursuit of the man who kill his parents. The only thing Bartman know about the man how kill has parents was at he has a tattoo of a snake. Since Serpent is normally have a disguise so, did Bartman not know that was he who killed his parents. When he is from a blimp thanked Bartman to stop his competitors, promised Bartman that he get him next, later when the Serpent robbed the people at the Gotham Natural History Museum succeeds Bartman arrest him and unmask him, he realized then that it was him who killed his parents and he became enraged and killed him.
