Dr. Zilowitz is a family therapist.
History
Dr. Zilowitz made Homer and Marge had a trial separation after Homer had narcolepsy. It is later revealed that Homer and Marge's separation was a dream by Homer, and he is still in Dr. Zilowitz's office along with Marge. A little later it is revealed that the whole episode was actually Marge's dream. Marge and Homer once again go to Dr. Zilowitz. Right when she tells them what the solution to their marriage is it zooms out that the entire scene was a tattoo in Hannah Horvath's back.
