Cooper Manning is an American investment firm partner. He is the brother of Eli and Peyton Manning.
History
Cooper Manning appeared in a dream that Bart had, along with his brothers. Cooper told his brothers that it was easy being a winner in the pros, and that they should try winning two high school basketball championships like he did. Eli then called Cooper a "squirt", despite Cooper being the oldest of the three. Peyton and Eli then played "keep away" with Cooper, throwing a ball over him to each other.
