This advertisement was seen by Homer while watching [[television|TV]] at [[Moe's Tavern|Moe’s]], as seen in the season four episode, “[[Lisa the Beauty Queen]].” Lisa did not win but was given the position after the first winner was struck by lightning. This was because the crown and scepter conducted electricity. He was also seen in “[[Bart the Murderer]],” calming the crowd after a truckload of Laramie Cigarettes were stolen by [[Fat Tony]] and the [[Springfield Mafia]] (much to his distaste).
