Oovilu-Eeoo-Kitana-Wanjay, known to Homer as Lisa, Jr. is a girl who lives on the island of Microatia in the South Pacific. She appeared in the episode "Missionary: Impossible" where Homer flees to an island. He meets Oovilu-Eeoo-Kitana-Wanjay who looks and sounds a lot like Lisa. Unable to pronounce her name, Homer refers to her as Lisa, Jr.
