Walter Pigeon is Dredrick Tatum's pigeon.
History
Tatum took Walter to Lionel Budgie, D.V.M. where Dr. Budgie saved it. Tatum couldn't afford to pay him but give him tickets to his magic show which Budgie accepted.
Behind the Laughter
The name is a pun on Walter Pidgeon.
