Buck McCoy is a very famous Western movie star who is actually a recovering alcoholic[1]. Bart first meets him after he saves Bart from a ferocious dog. He knows a lot of tricks with animals and is great at shooting (when he is not drunk). When He realizes how sad Bart was when Bart found out he was an alcoholic, he quit drinking. (then started again after Bart became happy). He saves Springfield from criminals[2].
