Svenjamin "Sven" Golly is a master hypnotist and criminal.
History
He was performing at a circus in Springfield. At the circus, he hypnotized Homer into thinking he was a ten-year-old. After this, Chief Wiggum, accompanied by Eddie and Lou, burst in on his act to arrest him. However, Wiggum was hypnotized by Golly into taking his clothes off and Golly escaped. Golly was eventually captured and arrested by Wiggum and was forced to hypnotize Homer back to normal. Golly was later imprisoned in a plastic prison underneath the Springfield Police Station where he was playing chess with Wiggum. He once again hypnotized Wiggum and made an escape.
