Sleazy Sam is the owner of Sleazy Sam's Payday Loans, of which there are 50 branches in Springfield.
History
He appeared on the Mexican reality show ¿Dónde Está Justice? after miselling a car to Emma.
He was seen at the grand opening of another building, which Homer, dressed as Jesus, opened. Homer was saying that they could trust Sleazy Sam before he was stricken by a bolt of lightning.
