Toot-Toot is the mother of Mr. Teeny. She once unofficially adopted Bart, but Marge convinced Bart to come back home.
Trivia
- Toot-Toot is a different color then Mr. Teeny, Toot-Toot is black and Mr. Teeny is brown. This could be because Mr. Teeny's father was brown, though.
