Eunice Flanagan was a character in The Adventures of Fatso Flanagan and was the wife of Fatso Flanagan.
History
The Simpsons spotted a display of the show in the Museum of TV and Television and a clip was playing of it. Fatso tells her that he will win the Irish lottery and buy her a mint coat, to which she responds by taking several short breaths and claims that it's her not holding her breath.
