"Diamond" Joe Quimby the Mayor of Springfield was born to the wealthy Quimby family, in 1945.
Because of the large gap between his birth and the succes of womens rights in the 60's, he remained as a Womaniser. He particulary has multiple affairs with young women (aged 18-25) taking absolutely no interest in his wife.
He also takes no interest in the names of the women he is secretly with (he once was planning to make love with a woman, who then told him she was his niece). He is known only by his guards, that he likes to take the public's money, and spend it on something involving girls (such as: redirecting air traffic to make it quiet enough for his girlfriend to speak; or spending, rich peoples donations, and even using the towns supply of road concrete for statues in his private swimming pool.).
