The mugger is the man who steals Marge Simpson's necklace. He is seen wearing a trenchcoat and a Goofy hat.
History
When Marge and the kids have to drive home from Rainier Wolfcastle's house, she meets a mugger on the way who steals her necklace and runs off. The mugger causes Marge feel weak and become a shut-in too afraid to venture outside the Simpson house. Marge gets redemption against him days later by beating him up in front of the townsfolk.
