Stanley "Stan" Marsh was seen when Bart and Milhouse were watching his show. It is unknown whether he and Kyle Broflovski survived the O.J. Simpson riot or not [1]. Bart has once dressed as him waiting at a bus stop [2].

Stan Marsh is one of the foul-mouthed, main protagonists on the animated series "South Park".
