Phillip is a good friend to Mr. Burns.
History
On Christmas Eve was Waylon Smithers with Mr. Burns on Christmas eve at Costington's to buy a present for a good friend to Mr. Burns. They bought a silver frame because Smithers believed that he was the good friend. During they was at Costington's they meet Philip some bought a glass sculpture to Mr. Burns to christmas.
