Aorta fairies are finger puppets created by Homer.

History

Homer tried to explain to Bart and Lisa that he was going to get a coronary artery bypass graft using finger puppets. He explained that the tiny Aorta fairies would take Mr. Leg Vein on a long journey to marry Princess Left Ventricle.
