The Winnipeg man is a man from Winnipeg.

History

The man was driving with his family on vacation, and was very irritated by his kids, who wouldn't settle down and behave. When Bart and his friends pull up beside the man in their own car, Nelson noticed the man yelling at his kids. Nelson then smacked the man on the back of the head. Thinking that one of his children did it, the man shouts that they are going to go straight back to Winnipeg, and he turns the car around, driving in the wrong lane in the process.
