The International Olympic Committee chairman is the chairman of the International Olympic Committee.

History

When the International Olympic Committee were trying to decide which city to host the Olympics in, each country's representative was arguing over why their country should host the games. The chairman then told everyone that he got a letter from a girl in Springfield, who knew the town wasn't important enough to host the Olympics but wanted the torch to pass through the town. The chairman then decided that Springfield would host the Olympics, which the other representatives didn't agree with. The chairman then told them all that it was his decision so he didn't care what they thought.

Later, the chairman and the representatives arrived in Springfield to inspect the town. The chairman was very impressed with the state of the sewers. As the town puts on acts for the representatives, they are told that one more act has yet to perform. Bart then performs a comedy routine that angers many of the representatives. This caused all the representatives to leave town and take the Olympics away from Springfield.
