The Funny Looking Mugger is a mugger who steals Marge's necklace in Strong Arms of the Ma.
Role in the Simpsons
When Marge and the kids have to drive home from Rainier Wolfcastle's house she meets a mugger on the way who steals her necklace and runs off. She then makes Marge feel weak and makes her get the need to work out.
