Tobias Drundridge is an Australian child who is the son of Bruno Drundridge.
History
He was tricked into accepting a six hour, 900 dollar collect call from Bart. Tobias was led to believe that Bart was calling about an emergency in wanting to know which way the water runs there. This caused an outrage in Australia.
