Osama bin Raden is a wrestler.
History
When Bart was writing his book report on World War I, he tried not to get distracted, but after writing a title he turned on the television to watch wrestling. Osama bin Rotten was being beaten by Uncle Slam. Osama was stabbed with an American flagpole, going straight through him. Another wrestler then came and started dropping anvils on bin Rotten's head.
Lisa then told Bart to write his book report, but Bart didn't listen, and got an F on the report.
Behind the Laughter
He is a reference to now deceased terrorist Osama bin Laden, who perpetrated the 9/11 attacks.
