Burns' campaign leader is a man who leads Mr Burns' campaign team.
History
He assembles a campaign team to make Mr. Burns seem a lot nicer and a lot less despicable. He almost succeeds, until Mr. Burns spits out a piece of Blinky over the table, ruining his chances to become governor.
Behind the Laughter
His voice is very similar to that of the Blue-haired lawyer.
