Scheherazade was an ex-wife of the Persian king.

History

She was brought before the king and made to entertain him. She started telling him the stories of Ali Baba and How the Camel Got His Hump. Eventually, the king fell asleep and the storyteller then lowered a ladder into the pit of boring wives and let them all out. After they killed the guards, they then killed the king and stuck his head on a pike.
