Creation
He is based on an early design for Seymour Skinner.
Hair
Dr. Pryor, along with Marge, the Van Houtens, Blue-haired lawyer and Chief Wiggum, and few other people have blue hair.
Appearances
He first appeared in "Bart the Genius", and it was his decision to send Bart to the school for above-average children. He is also the one Bart goes to when he wants to go back to his regular school. In "Bart Gets An F", he tells Bart that he may have to repeat the 4th Grade. His voice saying this echoes around Bart's head. He then appears again, discussing Bart's problems at school and Lisa's special gift in a flashback sequence of "Lisa's Sax". Pryor does not appear again until "See Homer Run", when he tells Lisa that she is going through a developmental condition. He then makes many other appearances.
Relatives
In The Way We Was(season 2 episode) we see Homer talking to a look a like of Dr J Loren Pryor. Teenage Homer is asking him how to get Marge to like him and J loren pryor is giving him tips. Pryor Jr appears to be in his 30s and he mentioned he was 36, and Teenage Homer was talking to a j loren pryor look a like 14 years ago but then he would be 22. he said when he was 22 he was doing his studies. so the look a like is his father.
