The cheque giver is a middle-aged woman with a squeaky voice and glasses. She gives out cheques to people working as Mall Santas at the Springfield Mall on Christmas Eve. She isn't very nice as she doesn't have any mercy for the unwittingly low-payed Santas that she pays. She knows exactly why they are only payed $13 and has memorized it for all the poor hard-workers who were ripped off by the Santa School. She gives Barney Gumble and Homer Simpson their cheques before closing down.
