Jimmy is Troy McClure's assistant who appeared in "Lisa the Vegetarian". He appeared in the Troy McClure educational film Meat and You - Partners in Freedom and visited a meat packing plant.
A similar boy, Billy, appeared in two later Troy McClure films.
