Comic Book Gay is the cousin of Comic Book Guy.
History
As his name implies, Comic Book Gay is gay. He was a customer at Moe's Tavern while it was a gay-friendly establisment and was called Mo's. Homer saw him there and mistook him for Comic Book Guy, but Comic Book Gay quickly corrected him. When Homer asked Comic Book Gay whether he liked comic books, he replied, "A certain kind."
Comic Book Gay looks and sounds almost exactly like Comic Book Guy. The main difference between them is that Comic Book Gay has a large handlebar moustache.
