Character Information
|
Janine "Janey" Powell, also known as Janey Henderson[1], is a friend of Lisa Simpson.
Contents
Relationships
Janey is noted as "Lisa's fair-weather friend" and this is probably an accurate description. Though she is sometimes seen hanging out with Lisa, other times she teases her along with the other children. She is not nearly as intelligent or nerdy as Lisa. She once blew a bubble with chewing gum rather than engage in Lisa's conversation.
Janey has spent the night at the Simpsons' house and Lisa is seen watching cartoons at her house on numerous occasions. She is also seen reading "The Babysitter Twins" with Lisa.
Janey may have had a crush on Milhouse Van Houten, whom has a crush on Lisa.
