Marge got a call from Chief Wiggum, who told her that her husband was found DOA. He corrected himself quickly and said he meant DWI and explained that he always gets those two mixed up. He hung up the phone and met Mrs. Phillips at the police station. Mrs. Phillips told Wiggum that he said her husband was DWI. Wiggum asked Mrs. Phillips to talk to another officer as he was going out to have lunch.
