Homer and his vigilante team were after the "Cat Burglar", a criminal who had robbed Lisa's sax and many other items that belonged to the people of Springfield. Homer encountered the saxophonist performing in the streets. Believing it was his daughter's saxophone, Homer briefly interrogated the man only to order his people to capture him.
