Isabella works at the bar in the Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana. In reality, she is an undercover agent for the CIA. She meets Abe Simpson and goes with him to a party in an old hijacked airplane. She takes Abe to the cockpit where she reveals that she's a CIA agent, who is tasked with recapturing fugitives from US law. She commandeers the aircraft, fills the passenger section with knock gas and flies it to Miami.
