Bob Mosbacher is an American businessman, accomplished yacht racer, and a Republican politician.
History
When George H. W. Bush showed Bart his photo album, Bart asked him who a person in a picture was. Bush told him that he would not know him; it was a picture of Bob Mosbacher and he was secretary of state. Bart interrupted him and said that was a dumb name.
