Fritz is a German businessman that appeared only in "Burns Verkaufen der Kraftwerk". He was slightly hefty with orange hair a matching mustache. He thinks American beer is "like swill." Along with his two associates Hans and Horst, he bought the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant but sold it back to Mr. Burns after realizing how costly and dangerous it was to maintain it.
