The flirting woman is an unnamed woman who once flirted with Homer.
History
When she was jogging one day, she hit on Homer whom she mistakenly called the grandfather of Bart. When Homer got upset, she called out for help, but then left embarrassed when Homer explained he was Bart's dad.
