Hans is one of the German businessmen that took over Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, along with Horst and Fritz.
History
He sold the power plant back to Mr. Burns after realizing how costly and dangerous it was to maintain it.
He and Fritz were later seen at the Center for Geriatric Medicine when Matlock made a guest appearance, implying the two now work there.
Trivia
He was very thin, with black hair and glasses, and looked vaguely Eurasian.
