Cleanie is Cookie's cleaning assistant at the Lazy I Ranch he appears crawling out of a wagon like an animal and puts the dirty dishes in a sack cuddling them saying "ahh,my precious!" and hopping away like a frog.
Creation
He looks like Gollum from The Lord of the Rings and talks like him and he is voiced by Gollum's potrayer Andy Serkis.
