Norm Peterson was at a bar that Homer visited.
History
Homer was banned from Moe's and visited a bar where Norm was sitting with two friends. Norm asked the bartender, Woody, for a beer but Woody wouldn't give him any. Norm then got angry and threatened to kill him and everyone there and his two friends take care of him and tell him to save those pipes for karaoke. Homer got scared and ran off. He then told to his two friends that he loved them and began to cry.
