Biography

When the elderly people of the Springfield Retirement Castle become entertained by Bart and Martin's robotic seal toys, he is among a board of members that want old people to die. When the head man of the board switches the toy to its bad side, he remarks that he can't believe two 10-year-old kids built it. Howard then says that he was told only one did any work.
