Amber Pigal-Simpson is Homer's former 'Vegas wife' from the episode Viva Ned Flanders. Homer and Ned Flanders went to Las Vegas for the weekend and got drunk, and met two waitresses. That night, they married those women. (In "Brawl in the Family", the Simpson family trick Amber into marrying Grampa, and in doing so she forsaked all others). At the start of Jazzy and the Pussycats, it is revealed that Amber died of a drug overdose. Ned's Vegas wife's name is Ginger Flanders.
She is mentioned in Alone Again, Natura-Diddly.
