The Candy Store Bandit is a criminal that robs candy stores. His last heist was at Chupo's Candy Store, where he was accidentally foiled by Bart Simpson.^[1] Bart asked for his reward to be paid in candy bars much to Homer's dismay.

Behind the Laughter

He appears again in a couch gag where he and another man stole the couch.^[2]
