Zeus are in Greek mythology the "Father of Gods and men".
History
Zeus became angry on Odysseus when he did not want to sacrifice one lamb and commanded Poseidon to delay his home trip.
Behind the Laughter
- Odysseus appears in the "D'oh, Brother Where Art Thou?" segment of "Tales from the Public Domain". The segment is a re-telling of the Odyssey with Joe Quimby cast in the role of Zeus.
