Sylvia is woman who met Homer Simpson five years ago when he and Marge Simpson was out on a Road Trip with Patty and Selma. Sylvia fell in love with Homer and together they visited Kozy Kabins not knowing that Marge was there with Alberto. Then Homer discovered that Marge was in the same hotel he hid Sylvia in a chest. A few minutes earlier was Alberto in the same chest after he was hidden by Marge. When Sylvia and Alberto were trapped in the chest they became lovers and got a child name, Ruthie. Homer and Marge met them again after five years and they then understood what happened to them all five years ago.
