Sesame Street

Sesame Street is an educational television program designed for preschoolers and is recognized as a pioneer of the contemporary standard which combines education and entertainment in children's television shows.

He wonders if Grover would be lonely, but it turns out he is with Derek Jeter. 410 "E Pluribus Wiggum" When Ralph is voted as a candidate, Chief Wiggum tries to help him make up his mind about which party to support, stating that the Republican party's mascot is an elephant, and the Democrats mascot is a donkey. When asking who he likes better, Ralph says that he likes Elmo. On a talk show, it is asked if Ralph can go from Sesame Street to Pennsylvania Avenue. 414 "Dial "N" for Nerder" Maggie switches to Elmo's website after realizing the family may be watching her play online poker. 20 436 "Eeny Teeny Maya, Moe" Costumed versions of Big Bird, Elmo and Count von Count are seen waiting for the rink to clear to perform Sesame Street on Ice. 21 454 "The Color Yellow" Ralph's picture includes Elmo. 461 "To Surveil with Love" Maggie is seen watching a security camera which she thinks is Sesame Street, but is actually a gay bar with people who look similar to Bert, Ernie, Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch. 22 468 "Treehouse of Horror XXI" In Dracula-la Land, Count von Count is seen biting Big Bird for blood. 23 506 "The Spy Who Learned Me" Lenny's imaginary friend Hufnpuffalus is a parody of Mr. Snuffleupagus. 24 509 "Moonshine River" Milhouse mentioned that Sesame Street takes place in New York. 523 "Black-Eyed, Please" Homer watches Sesame Street with Ned's parents Ned, Sr. and Capri while the trio smoke marijuana. 27 578 "Halloween of Horror" Lou and Eddie dress up as Bert and Ernie for Halloween, respectively. 581 "Lisa with an "S"" During a montage of Moe and his friend Laney hanging out in New York, they are chased by an imitative violet Muppet costumed character, referencing the imitative Sesame Street costumed characters appearing in Manhattan (and resembling Elmo). 28 598 "Friends and Family" Big Bird's head is on Mr. Burns' wall of trophies. 32 698 "Yokel Hero" The slick manager's wall of fame includes Bert and Ernie. 33 710 "The Wayz We Were" In New York City, Moe was robbed by both Elmo and Spider-Man.
