All in the Family was a critically acclaimed but controversial 1971-1979 sitcom starring Carroll O'Connor as the dim-witted conservative and prejudiced Archie Bunker. The Simpsons have parodied this show a few times.

9 181 "Lisa's Sax" The beginning scene parodies the theme song for the show, with Homer and Marge singing a re-worked version of the theme song "Those Were the Days". After the song, Homer sees Bart and calls him "meathead", a nickname Archie frequently gives his son-in-law, Michael.
10 206 "Bart the Mother" Bart quotes Archie by saying "Ipso, fasto" to Lisa.
All in the family 1999.png 216 "Homer to the Max" One of the FOX shows advertised is All in the Family 1999. It depicts Archie living together with a feminist, a Jew and a black man, but he tells viewers that he "likes them all." This a reference to later spin-offs of All in the Family which tamed down Archie's bigotry and intolerance.
219 "Make Room for Lisa" While reading the Bill of Rights, Homer sits in Archie Bunker's chair at the museum.
13 276 "Brawl in the Family" The episode's name is a parody of the show's name.
All in the Family Stealing First Base.png 21 456 "Stealing First Base" During the kissing montage, the scene from "Sammy's Visit", in which Sammy Davis, Jr. kisses an unsuspecting Archie Bunker, is seen.
