The Simpsons: Tapped Out Splash and Burn is the two hundred and twenty-sixth content update. It was released on July 27, 2022 and ended on August 10, 2022. It requires Level 15 to start. It adds 1 new building-character combo, 1 new character skin, 1 new decoration-character skin combo, 1 new building and 5 new decorations.

July 26th Update (4.56.5; "4_56_SplashAndBurn")[edit]

  • The app icon and the splash screen were changed back to normal.
  • Monsarno Library and Monsarno Cafeteria were moved from the decorations inventory group to the buildings inventory group.
  • Beach Hideaway moved from the buildings inventory group to the decorations inventory group.
  • Unoriginal Log Ride no longer requires Level 43 and The Princess and the Pea Brain.

July 28th Update ("4_56_SplashAndBurn_Patch1")[edit]

  • Shattered Dreams Mystery Box uniques section no longer require Springfield Elementary Black History Month Sign and The Loft at Springfield Elementary to not be available.
