Dmitry "Dima" Malanitchev is an artist and animator. He currently serves as a color design director for The Simpsons. He also served as an art director for The Simpsons Movie, Playdate with Destiny and The Force Awakens from Its Nap and voiced a See 'N' Say toy in the season 32 episode "The Man from G.R.A.M.P.A.".
Malanitchev was nominated for a 2014 Annie Award in "Outstanding Achievement, Production Design in an Animated TV/Broadcast Production" for "Treehouse of Horror XXIV" along with Lynna Blankenship, Debbie Peterson, Charles Ragins and Jefferson R. Weekley.[1]
